Our client, with a successful background in software development for a very large UK landlord, has developed  a portal which enables Property Management Companies (PMC) to connect their own back-office systems with tenants, and service partners (cleaning, repairs, maintenance), automating much of the workflow previously done by call centers.  The commercial advantages for the PMC are that it improves customer service levels, meeting the demand from millennials for digital service delivery, and also reduces back office staffing levels by 25% - 50%.

Demand for the portal among PMCs is strong, because, unlike similar portals, it can be integrated into all a client’s disparate systems and it has been designed for the complexity and transaction volume of Enterprise sized organizations (1000+ properties under management).
