Firstly some key points:

- We are also happy to conduct this first “meeting” on the phone if this is easier
- In short, we are here to help you. We have no other agenda – for example, working for the bank
- We are an advisory/consultancy business; we act for you and in your best interests
Investment
Investors registered within our network are classed as sophisticated high net worth individuals. They manage their own money and make their own investment decisions.
So our role is to present your business case, professionally and effectively to the right investors.
We aim to introduce you to several genuinely interested investors and enable you to meet & present to them. Meetings are almost always on a one to one basis – no Dragons Den style presentations.
Investors will liaise with us after the first meeting, working towards making an offer and hopefully going through a straightforward due diligence process leading to completion of investment. There will be several meetings with the right investor prior to completion. This is a people business and you need to be sure you are happy moving forwards. Please note though that investors do not have to invest their money and therefore there can be no guarantees of completion.
Loans
Loans or working capital facilities which we obtain via known lenders should be relatively straightforward to organise. Largely this is an administrative function, using our skill and knowledge of the current lending terms in the market to enable us to source the best and right finance for you. More often than not we should not need to hold a meeting with you.
If however you need funding from a private investor, where the terms may still be debt based, the process is more in tune with the Investment notes above
Re-structuring
Again, we’ll meet to discuss what is needed and what’s in your best interests. We will set out a plan for you, discuss this with you and allow you to decide whether to move forwards. Sometimes events necessitate speed of action. We have a track record for delivering stability in your business and subsequently success in re-structuring that works for you.
Fees
Like all professional advisors, we are a fee based business. We are known in the industry for offering value for money as well as having an unparalleled track record of success. We will set out our charges clearly for you. You’ll be pleased to know that our earnings are largely driven by success.
