Our client was referred to us by their bankers. The company had not been profitable for over 12 months and the ‘business support’ unit of the bank was closely monitoring the account.

The need for financial re-structuring, as well as investment, was required by the bank and we were also engaged by the client to assist in this area. Our excellent relationships with a number of lenders and brokers were a key factor in helping the client to complete the necessary financial re-structuring. As a result the bank was very pleased to significantly reduce their exposure.

We also introduced new investors to the business and a strategic investment has now been successfully completed.
