This client had developed an innovative product, but had exhausted the funds raised. Within days of engagement, we introduced offered to support the management through a new company, which would buy the IP through a 'pre-pack'. We introduced to both parties an Insolvency Practitioner who was appointed administrator, who successfully sold the business to the new company set up by our investor and the client’s management.
