Our clients are specialists in the design and manufacture of bespoke timber framed buildings for the home, business and leisure markets.

The company was urgently seeking further investment in order to re-position the company as a niche provider of bespoke premium holiday lodge accommodation to the holiday park and hotels (“resorts”) sector of the leisure market. Excessive relocation costs, a lack of management control over site installation and insufficient sales volumes, have resulted in cash flow problems. To address the situation, a Company Voluntary Arrangement has been approved by creditors to “ring fence” historic liabilities.

The new management is moving quickly to improve the company’s business model and its systems and procedures whilst seeking to focus the business on the sale of multiple high value lodges to the resorts sector. We are continuing with dialogue with investors without the historical creditor pressures.
