Our client is a property developer is based in the North West, who over 5 years has successfully developed 89 properties with a gross value of £10.7 million.
A recent development encountered significant technical difficulties which caused material time and cost overruns. This, in turn, led to a short term cash flow problem.

We successfully arranged for one of our private investors, who specialises in property related advances, to provide further capital against land security, which relieved the liquidity pressure.

We are continuing to work with the client in other aspects of his business and fund raising.
