We were engaged by this Company some two years ago and successfully assisted them to propose a Company Voluntary Arrangement to creditors. The arrangement has been maintained by the company and given them the cash flow breathing space they needed.

Through maintaining continuous contact with this client, they further engaged us to organise a refinancing of their sales ledger with a more supportive trade lender and releasing much needed capital.

The Company is now in a much healthier position and is looking, with our help, to bring the CVA to an early conclusion.
