The business is Internet based, offering short-term, all-inclusive holidays for groups. Substantial money, time and effort had been expended on developing a top-rate business management software package and in ensuring that the staff had the right skills, but they were suffering severe cash flow problems. This was partly because of the complexity of the travel industry and the way they have to treat customer deposits as untouchable until the vacation is completed. As a result liquidation loomed!

We found an investor who not only provided funds, but also brought along their own contacts and experience within the travel industry, which has already proved to be a great help. The business is now well positioned to continue its rapid growth. We confidently expect them to become a household name in the travel business within a year or so.
