This company approached us as it had significant cash flow problems, including arrears of PAYE and VAT. The company also had problems with its landlords and needed an urgent solution to survive. Before introducing investment, we recommended that the company propose a Company Voluntary Arrangement to its creditors.

This was accepted and the company has now revived its fortunes and has asked us to assist with the funding of expansion for the business and the purchase of the company’s property from its landlord.
