The directors approached us because they were under significant cash flow pressure. Their turnover had dropped very suddenly as a result of major website and search engine issues.

We reviewed the options available with the directors in order to protect the business. They decided to propose a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) as the most attractive cash flow solution. We assisted them in preparing the proposal and necessary documentation. We are pleased to report that the CVA was accepted by creditors.
