Our client offers temporary services, installation and maintenance, to the construction industry with its principle interest being electrical works. Having grown from a /“one man band/” to £700,000 turnover without investment, cash flow became almost an inevitable problem. When we were called in, there was severe creditor pressure on the company. With the help of new lending terms, we re-structured the business allowing them to move forward with positive cash flow. We remained as a consultant to the firm for a period of time to ensure that company maintained its financial stability. Total new investment: Not disclosed
