This company approached us looking for investment to replace promised investment that had not materialised. As a result it had significant cash flow problems, including arrears of PAYE and VAT. Before introducing investment, we recommended that the company propose a Company Voluntary Arrangement to its creditors.

This was accepted and the company has now revived its fortunes to the extent that, at least in the short term no new investment is needed.
