Our client had been through a period of insolvency in 2003 following rapid growth and effectively ‘overtrading’. The business remained operational and predominately offered a commercial bin cleaning service to businesses. The client had ambitious plans to develop a fully automated solution for the market, however, needed help with preparing a full business plan and the financial backing of a business angel. Within a very short timescale after engagement we had completed the business plan and successfully introduced an investor to the business.
