An experienced business manager and entrepreneur for over 30 years, Steve built a business from £350k to over £15 million in a little over ten years. During this time, and since, he has bought, integrated and sold businesses, building particular expertise in business management and development including sales development, budgeting, credit control, financial management, and procurement both in the UK and overseas. Outside his personal business interests, Steve has worked as a pension fund trustee and for a number of years as business mentor and coach to fledgling and start up businesses whilst also gaining valuable turnaround experience. Having been in a number of situations where urgency is the only option to securing the viable future for a troubled business, Steve’s previous experience is a real asset.
