He as an in-depth understanding of the trials and tribulations that face a business with cashflow difficulties, and specialises in somewhat unconventional solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems.
A keen sportsman and father of four, Simon has recently sold his family business and joined the team at Beer & Young.
