John Edwards
John is based in Yorkshire having worked throughout the country for Royscot Trust Plc where he rose to the position of General Manager with responsibility for the performance of the branch network.
He helped many small and medium sized businesses operating in a large number of different industries and commerce to obtain the structured finance and leasing transactions they required.
He was heavily involved in the complete re-structuring of the business and was responsible for re-writing policies and procedures and job descriptions for all branch staff.
A comprehensive training programme that was recommended by the investors in people assessor for a national training award was also introduced during this time.
