Richard AndersonRichard has 20+ years’ experience as a senior manager in SME and multi-national companies operating in a number of markets. With an engineering background, he worked for ICFC (now 3i) investing in Midlands-based SMEs in the early 80’s. After gaining an MBA in the US, he worked in increasingly senior roles in fmcg businesses. In 1994 his career switched to industrial markets, becoming CEO of a small, quoted engineering group in 1997 and later leading an MBI in the industrial distribution sector.
