A very experienced Entrepreneur and Business expert in the SME sector having held circa 80 Directorships including 15 Public Listed Companies as Chairman, CEO or Director and has been involved in many aspects of mergers, acquisitions, flotation’s, Company restructures and rescues, Venture Capital and Angel Investing, International business, and Franchising.
Originally trained by Ford over 30 years ago but since 1998 he has specialised in AIM and Plus flotation’s, business and corporate finance solutions, business rescue and restructuring specialising in the refinancing and rescue of Companies with cash flow issues and financial management issues which includes creditor/debtor management, accountancy, franchising, sales and marketing solutions, and any other business issues.
Specialist in businesses that are experiencing some form of difficulty whether it be a downturn in business, cash flow problems, financing problems, shareholder disputes or any business issue no matter how complex.
